Dobrich Region is located in the North - East of Bulgaria and takes up the bigger part of South Dobrudja. The population of the town of Dobrich numbers 111 280 people.
Roads extend to the Black Sea coast, Romania and international roads to Poland, the Ukraine and Russia.
