Our fees and commissions

We are charging the following fees and commissions:

- Agent commission - 3% of the property price, but not less than 500 euros;
- Tax for acquiring the property - This is a tax, the buyer must pay when acquires the property (it usually depends on the amount of the property price) which is between 150 - 400 euros, but for a rural house this is 200 euros;
- The company registration fee - 500 euros.
- Transport charges - 0.25 euros per kilometer
- Managing properties - For managing properties for rent bought through us we charge 10% of the rental income.
- we don't charge commission for viewing properties
